ABSTRACT
It is a changing world, product of natural forces or by human actions. None the less, no matter what causes these disasters, they exceed the capacity of the society, or people, to face the situation, therefore requiring external aid. It is clear that the own characteristics of each disaster play an important role in the adaptation process, and the victims experiment reactions and consequences in a biological, psychological, interpersonal and social level, existing populations more susceptible than others.The effective psychological assistance in the right moment give a productive enfacement in the victims, and considering an intervention of 1st and 2nd instance, where the first takes the precipitant factor of the crisis, and the second the translaboration of the traumatic event.
