ABSTRACT
The correct approach on the chief complaint of headache is important because of the potential for serious, adverse outcomes in these patients.
Detection of alarm symptoms is a priority; appropriate initial identification, evaluation, and management of these patients are an integral part of emergency medicine clinical practice.
