ABSTRACT
Tuberculosis (TBC) is an infectious disease, considered a main cause of public health. It is related to poor socioeconomic conditions and, many people living in a house. Fever, productive cough, night sweats, weight loss and adenopathy are the most frequent clinical manifestation according to patient immunological status. Biopsy and autopsy allows determining acid fast bacillus (AFB) depending on histopathology or confirmatory special studies as Ziehl-Neelsen (ZN). Positivity to AFB in biopsy specimens constitutes a certain diagnosis. Analyses of general anatomopathological aspects related to TBC are done.
