ABSTRACT
The factors of risk coronary are predisposing of the coronary disease, due to implicate an increased at probably of suffering the disease. According of the Ministry of Health the cardiovascular disease is the first cause of death at Venezuela. For that, this studio pretended to evaluate the predisposing factors and determinating the coronary risk on arterial hypertension’s workmen of ceramics producer enterprise at Aragua-Venezuela. It is transversal studio and descriptive, in which was realized a medical evaluation and an inquiry that explored aspects nutritional and epidemiological area, a representative sample of 30 people with a middle age of 43 years old, intervening aleatory selection of a population of 503 workmen. The dates were tabulated and processed on Excel2000
®®, and statistical on Epi-Infov.6.0. It resulted a middle body mass index of 28,57kg/m
2 founding the majority with overweight (80.00%; P‹0.01); a middle of 6,37 years with diagnostic of arterial hypertension, receiving treatment with ACEIs (64.71%, P‹0.05). The 80% referred familiar antecedent of cardiovascular disease (P‹0.05; χ
2=21.60); 16,67% present cigarette smoking with a index pack/year middle of 2,88p/y; and 73,33% referred alcohol consumption(P‹0,05; χ
2=21,60). In agreement the study’s software (PROCAM), it found a coronary disease risk to 8 years middle of 5.24%, 45.06 years of cardiovascular age, and fitting age risk of 3.29%. Of this extracts named population is submitted to numerous factors that can increased their coronary disease risk, because of this conduced the realization of investigations that allow creating adequate secondary prevention’s program.
