ABSTRACT
Keratoacanthoma is a rapidly growing tumour that histologically resembles squamous cell carcinoma. Most common treatment of keratoacanthoma is excision that allows histological classification, but sometimes due to its size or localization, this treatment is extremely complicated. Recently. several cases of keratoacanthoma treated with imiquimod 5% cream has been described. We present a 55-years-old woman with a keratoacanthoma on the right side of the upper and lower eyelid of the left eye treated with success with imiquimod 5% cream.
