ABSTRACT

Necrobiosis lipoidica (NL) is a skin disease rarely found in about 0.3% of patients with Diabetes Mellitus (DM). That is why it is often referred as diabetic necrobiosis lipoidica, although there is still some controversy about percentage of this association. We present two cases, one associated and other not with DM.
