Retinoblastoma is the most common primary intraocular tumor in children. Due to advances in diagnosis and treatment, more than 90% of children are treated prior to extraocular extension or metastatic disease. Early diagnosis and recent advances in the management of Retinoblastoma particulary the use of chemotherapy have improved the prognosis of this fatal disease.
