ABSTRACT
Vaginal uterine arteries clamping is an effective and simple technique for the control of obstetric hemorrhage, it acts as a tourniquet that stops blood loss and gives time to assure therapeutic effects of the maneuvers directed to hemorrhage control or to transfer the patient.
