ABSTRACT
Nodular hidradenomas are benign tumors of the eccrine sweat glands which presents in head and neck as a solitary node in 30% of the cases.
The objective of this work is to communicate one clinic case and emphasize the importance of a complete resection to avoid recurrence. We present a 39 years old woman with a four months evolution of a middle line neck tumor. The tumor was resected with a follow up of 4 years.
