ABSTRACT

Duodenum diverticular’s disease is not common and represents the second localitation of this pathologic in digestive tract. They can be asymptomatic ant their diagnostic can be incidental. A diverticulosis’ complication is fistulae and pheumobilia whom is and exceptional condition so in a compatible clinic manifestation’s patient without previous gastrointestinal surgery should be considerate this diagnostic. A case of 77 years old female is presented; she had not been surgery treatment. She was with constant belch as unique symptom. She was sent to this unit to barium upper gastrointestinal tract examination. Pneumobilia was found on the abdomen non contrast film. On the next film with barium contrast its shows it passes from a duodenal saculation to the billiary tract. A diagnosis of enteral-billiary fistulae secondary to duodenal diverticulum was done.
