ABSTRACT
Forty-four year old woman with one-year headache, visual and hearing loss, confusion, memory loss, dizziness and tongue and left arm parestesias. The patient had hysterectomy and oophorectomy, because of pelvic mass not specified. Thyroid cyst resection.
