ABSTRACT
The bilateral duplication of vas deferens is a congenital anomaly which apparently does not cause any health problems and has a very low frequency. Its identification is complicated throughout palpation during physical pre-surgery exploration. During vasectomy, when there is bilateral duplication and both vas deferens come together and are inside the same spermatic cord, their identification is easier. Some difficulties while performing vasectomy might be due to the unidentified presence of bilateral duplication. Confirmation of sterility by an espermatobioscopy study is recommended.
