ABSTRACT
The lower back pain have many causes and the piriformis Syndrome, is an unusual cause of this problem. Morever, this etiology is not a good diagnosis because de physician usually do not think in this problem. This case report and review analyzed many causes of lower back pain, including the Piriformis Syndrome.
