ABSTRACT

Clinical History. Twenty-six year old female who presented, 24 hours before admission, with progressive lower extremities weakness, mouth deviation to the right and bladder dysfunction. The patient had known history of multiple sclerosis and a recent event of upper way infection. CSF demonstrated inflammatory changes.
