ABSTRACT
Mucoepidermoid carcinoma is a very rare neoplasm when it is in lungs. This carcinoma presents slow growth and unspecific respiratory manifestations. Frequently, it manifests as pneumonia or obstructive diseases for a long time. The present case of Low-grade Mucoepidermoide Carcinoma is in a young patient with recurrent pneumonia history and unspecific respiratory symptoms since two years ago.
