ABSTRACT
The blue ringed octopus is mollusca that live between the coast lines from Japan to Australia, in tropical areas and the pacific ocean of Mexico. This octopus has a defense mechanism that allows them to camouflage and adapt to their environment and therefore attack their prey. They use their bite to attack, through which they liberate a neurotoxin that affects the central nervous system by blocking the sodium pumps, causing muscular paralysis and death.
