ABSTRACT
The Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy represent an alternative therapy is increasingly used worldwide for the treatment of acute renal failure, and its different modalities offer the possibility of correcting medical complications that can occur in postoperative cardiac surgery, is an option that has proven to be better tolerated by instable patients and with heart failure. Nursing staff that working in an intensive care unit, must acquire the necessary knowledge, and develop skills for its use, including physical and chemicals mechanisms, indication for each therapies, modalities and specific nursing care that the patient needs.REFERENCES
