ABSTRACT
Lymphedema is the accumulation of lymph in the interstitial spaces principally in subcutaneous fatty tissue. It is classified as primary or secondary. Genital lymphedema can be an incapacitating emotional and functional problem for the patient. Two cases of bloodrelated patients with primary scrotal lymphedema (Meige disease) are reported. They underwent excision of theaffected cellular tissue and skin with no recurrence up to the present time. There has been a 3-year follow-up and a 2-month follow-up, both with adequate cosmeticand functional results.REFERENCES
