ABSTRACT
A rare case of giant vesical calculus with vesicocutaneous fistula is described. An 81-year-old male patient presenting with lower obstructive urinary symptomatology secondary to giant vesical calculus sought help at our Urology Service. Cystolithotomy revealed vesicocutaneous fistula communicating the bladder with the anterior abdominal wall. Fistula was closed and vesical calculus was removed and patient postoperative evolution was adequate. On a worldwide level, this is the third reported case of vesicocutaneous fistula secondary to giant vesical calculus.REFERENCES
