ABSTRACT
Female patient clinical case presented, 27 years old, with out important antecedents of actual suffer, clinical features was presented with total hematuria in one occasion, as well as weight loss of three months evolution, reason why is protocol zed as hematuria, with right heterogenic renal neoplasm ultrasonic findings and computerized axial tomography, being 8.3 x 7.5 cm diameter, with out apparent metastasis, radical nephrectomy was performed, adult Wilm´s tumor pathologic report conceited, inmuno histochemical study then realized been positive intense for BCL-2 and negative for PS-100, with spindle cells, with grand nucleoli, and small cytoplasm, we finally identify diagnostic of renal monophasic sinovial sarcoma, after 5 months of the surgery our patient presented tumor recurrence of 15 x 10 x 10 cm in retroperitoneum, we started epirubicine and ifosfamide, without response. This is a low frequency neoplasm, were stills controversial the use of chemotherapy, been a highly aggressive sinovial sarcoma with 12 months average survival.REFERENCES
