Adenocarcinoma of the Renal Pelvis

ABSTRACT
The adenocarcinoma represents less than the 2% of all the primary tumours of urothelio. The ade-nocarcinoma is a rare tumor that represents less than the 1% of all the tumours that affect to the renal pelvis. The presence of chronic infections, irritation, calculi and obstruction prolonged has relation with the adenocarcinoma. Tumor markers as the antigen CE/CA 19-9 and CA 125 they have been related to the diagnosis. The case of a patient of the 58-year-old female is presented with the diagnosis of adenocarcinoma of renal pelvis.REFERENCES
