ABSTRACT
Scrotal tumors have a very low incidence. They are rare tumors who have benign or malignant varieties, being these last ones very aggressive, and with an incidence so low that is not possible to have a wide knowledge for the handling of these masses.Case report: 38 years old male with history of 2 years of evolution, when he realizes an increment of volume in the scrotum, progressive and painless. Physical exploration reveals at median raphe 2 masses; first one is located near to the penis base, well confined, hard, without coetaneous alterations and the second one is in a lower position with the same characteristics. A surgical exploration was performed with the complete removal of both lesions. Pathology report was idiopathic calcinosis. The patient has been followed for six months with no farther eventualities.
