ABSTRACT
Congenital anomalies of seminal vesicles are rare. These anomalies are frequently associated to upper urinary tract abnormalities. Seminal vesicles cysts are related to ipsilateral renal agenesis and ectopic ureteral insertion. We present three patients with symptoms related to chronic prostatitis and infertility with ultrasound, Computed Tomography and Magnetic Resonance imaging findings of seminal vesicles cystic lesions and ipsilateral kidney agenesis, treated surgically.
