ABSTRACT
The renal carcinoma represent 3% of all malignant neoplasm’s in the adult, in comparison with 20% in prostate and bladder cancer. The male to female ratio is 2:1; it has a mortality rate of 4%. The majority of patients are in fifth to seventh decades of life and it’s infrequent in childhood (2 to 3%). Most cases are sporadic but is also has a familiar incident in 4%. By definition, all the renal cancers are adenocarcinoma, the tumor size es about 5 to 8 cm. grossly; tumors appear yellow with areas of hemorrhage or necrosis. The local extension in this tumors is common, with 20% incident with involvement of perinephric fat and lesion of collective system and involves venous system in 10%, and is very rare the involvement of intraperitoneal structures by tumor (less than 1%).REFERENCES
