ABSTRACT

Male patient with chronic pain in right superior quadrant of the abdomen, that has detected and followed that serial ultrasounds and CT scans, without alteration of the laboratories tests or any other clinical implications. The clinical decision of something the patient to surgical resolution and its implications will also be reviewed. Also it will be check the theory about Focal Nodular Hyperplasia and its differential diagnosis.
