ABSTRACT
“Heatstroke” is known as a medical emergency, because the prognosis and result of treatment depends on the time that it takes to Start it. The severity of the symptoms may vary from a simple headache to the coma and death. It’s presented a male 30 years old who came to the emergency room because of fever and unconsciousness, the day before he practiced exhaustion exercise. The laboratory findings were normal except the CPK. The patient was treated only with fluids with improvement of the symptoms and complete recovery.
