This is a case presentation of a 27-year-old female who presents with primary amenorrhea and congenital vaginal agenesis. The patient was diagnosed with Mayer-Rokitansky-Kuster-Hauser Syndrome. This article reviews the etiology and clinical features of this syndrome, as well as its diagnostic tests.
