ABSTRACT
Synovial herniation pit were considered an incidental finding without clinical significance, however a recent study revealed a close relationship between this entity and femoroacetabular impingement. In order to know this entity and make differential diagnosis of lytic images, a case is reported and recent literature is reviewed.
