ABSTRACT
Leprosy is an infectious and contagious disease that affects essentially the skin. We report two cases in the state of Veracruz both present erythema nudoso. Histopatholy detected in one case a granulomatous nodular dermatitis with vacuolated histiocytes and in other one a dense inflammatory infiltrate to perianexially and perivascular tissue; whereas baciloscopy was positive confirming the diagnosis in both cases.
