ABSTRACT
Orbital cellulitis is a clinical entity rarely seen in the dermatological consult. It is presented a clinical case and a brief review of the literature related with the disease. Despite it is not a frequent disease we are obligated to make diagnosis and offer the appropriate and opportune treatment as part of the integral study of the patient, jointly with another medial specialities.
