ABSTRACT
Spasticity is the commonest sequel of a brain injury. Among the different problems and deformities which may be caused for spasticity, we can find the equino-valgus feet, which could be confused with a flexible flat foot. However, the severity of the deformity, stiffness and other clinical findings of brain injury, allow differential diagnosis. The spastic foot should be treated by surgical methods; first stretching the contracture tendons and then correcting the shortening of the lateral bar of the foot, but the basis for a good results lies on a good rehabilitation plain.
