ABSTRACT
Pemphigus erythematosus or pemphigus seborrheicous begins with erythematous, scaly, hyperkeratotic, and crusted well-marginated plaques that have seborrheic distribution. Diagnosis can be difficult when clinical findings are localized or incipient, because one don’t thing about this disease. We report a case of a man, 92-year old with diagnosis of seborrheicous pemphigus which begins as a scaly and erythematous plaque on former thorax.
