ABSTRACT
Clinical practice implies a constant exercise to self-criticize our own limitations, trying to avoid the ambiguity of information. Therapeuticpyrrhic victory refers to the cases when helping the patients imply limitless efforts and the final result is modest. A frequent medical scenario that evokes this reflection is vitiligo. Even if showing improvement in their mental state, some vitiligo patients display slight benefits after numerous and varied treatments have been applied.
