ABSTRACT
A case of leukemic infiltration of the penis is reported. The patient is a 74-year-old male with clinical symptoms of inguinal adenomegaly and ulcerative balanoposthitis and a medical history of diagnosed chronic lymphocytic leukemia of extended progression and unspecified management. After study in our service, ulcerative lesion biopsy was decided upon. Ulcerated lymphoproliferative lesion compatible with well-defined necrotizing chronic lymphocytic infiltration was reported.
A bibliographic review was carried and the implications of leukemia in urology are presented.
