ABSTRACT
Headquarters: Hospital General Ixtlahuca-SEM.Introduction: Code MATER is a rapid response system conceived as a hospital strategy for the emergency multidisciplinary care delivery.
Objective: Show an event successful.
Case report: Incidental delivery 39 patient in his home, unconscious, hipotensa, bradycardia and hypothermia and transvaginal bleeding with retained placenta, active codito MATER and proceeds to intubate, ventilatory mechanical by subclavio catheter resuscitation hemodynamics with crystalloid, Colloid and support blood products, course with hyperglycemia, metabolic acidosis and severe anaemia. Reanimated once proceeded cleaning uterine cavity and sent to third level
Results: Is against-referred to the unit of origin, where in addition practical bilateral tubal occlusion and features twelve days later for improvement.
Discussion: Prevent and/or reduce perinatal and maternal mortality by three actions (to identify, try to B and C, move) on a multidisciplinary team of health professionals whose function is to optimize the care system and hospital resources (gynaecology-obstetrician, nurse, intensivista-internista, pediatrician, anesthesiologist, social work, laboratory and ultrasound), trained in emergency obstetric.
