ABSTRACT

In few occasions we find two different lesions together in the jaws, and it is still less common that one of these lesions are so uncommon as the central odontogenic fibroma. We present the case of a 14 years old patient with a osteolytic mandibular lesion that in the histopathologic report showed a central odontogenic fibroma combinated with a central giant cell granuloma, and an extensive literature review is included.
