ABSTRACT

Introduction: OK-432 a penicillin-killed and lyophilized preparation of a low virulence of Streptococcus pyogenes (gorup A) , has been successfully used as an inmunotherapeutic agent in many types de malignancies , incluiding head an nech cancer and lymphangiomas We have also reported that OK-432in patiente with postraumatic cystis of rigth leg.
Case report: A 11 year old had a leg postraumatic cystic of 15 cm x 30 cm , We have also reported that OK-432 in patiente with postraukmatic cystis de leg left temporary fever inmediatiately follewed the injection, but 60 days later the cystic disapeared without a trace
Discussion: An intralesional injection of 0k-432 shrunk the postraumatic cystic was efficacious .Therefore, we consider that this therapy is still at the expirimental stage of postraumatic cystis and the further evaluation of its efficacy , complications, and dosimetry will be needed in many other before its widespread use .
