ABSTRACT
Each doctor will have to value, in the subjects without symptoms, the weight of the benefit to discover the colorectal cancer in precocious stages with a probable reduction of mortality, on the immense cost and risk for the patient of the numerous resulting colonoscopy of the low predictive value of the test. Therefore, he does not have himself evidence sufficient to give a general recommendation at population level. Consistent scientific evidence does not exist to recommend or not the test of hidden fecos blood.
