ABSTRACT

Guillain-Barre's syndrome, is an inflammatory acute polyradiculopathy of progressive character; product of the secondary inflammation of the periphereral nerves to autoimmune factors. The case of a patient with atypical GB syndrome without past medical history of importance, no data for infections in the past months, it starts a pattern of muscle weakness, difficulty climbing stairs and paresthesia in the lower limbs. Its evolution was good and its diagnosis is confirmed by EMM.
