We report two cases of meniscal repair with inside technique and platelet rich plasma application. Arthroscopy images are presented after repair. In latter surgical time reconstruction of cross anterior ligament was performed; shape and resistance of the meniscal tissue were evaluated. We found healing with complete remodeling and resistance in both patients.
