Duplication lower esophageal. Treatment by laparoscopy

ABSTRACT
Introduction: The duplications occupy less of 20% of the malformations of the esophagus, with location but it frequents in inferior third, the majority detected during the childhood by disfagia or vomit. The treatment is the complete surgical resection by toracotomy in traditional form.
Clinical case: Masculine of 9 years with immediate post-prandial vomit of 8 months of evolution feels nauseous successfully and, detecting itself extrinsic tumefaction of the third inferior of the esophagus by endoscopies and confirmed by TAC, resecada by minimum invasion and remission of the clinical symptoms. Definitive histopatologico report: Quistic duplication of the inferior third of the esophagus.
Conclusions: The duplications of the inferior third are rare cause of I vomit in the pediatric age, the studies of image and endoscopicos allow to identify and to plan the handling. The laparoscopica surgery offers an excellent alternative of handling at the present time with all its kindness.
