ABSTRACT
We report a female 40 years-old with familiar history; father death with cerebral hemorrhage at 42 year-old. Seven brother with blood hypertension, one sister with renal transplantation. She presented preeclampsia in last pregnant. 13 year before she was been treated of blood hypertensions. She presented nauseas, vomiting and intense cephalea and loss of alerting state until coma and died. Clip of the aneurysm was performed. The CT-scan showed subdural hemorrhage and multiple aneurysm. Abdominal CT-scan showed multiple renal cyst, renal calculi and hepatic cyst. We considerate the blood hypertension was the cause of the aneurysm rupture. The association of polycystic kidney disease and cerebral aneurysms is rare, the subdural hemorrhage is cause of death in the majors of the cases. We report a rare case with these rare association.
