ABSTRACT
Medical and social pathology of child abuse (ChA) has become a worldwide public health problem. To address them in the field of care and rehabilitation of the victims, work should be focused on prevention and promotion of good treatment. These strategies should be carried out where there is a relationship between adult caregivers and children in the family, school and society. Therefore humanized breeding is a tool for development of primary health care within the culture of good treatment. When breeding is not humane ChA frequently takes place. When breeding is humanized there is respect for the rights of children and adolescents, a social process capable of ensuring the welfare of children. The cornerstone of this action is to build and rebuild self-esteem thereby promoting resilience, as well as autonomy, creativity, happiness and health, essential elements for healthy and happy children and adolescents.REFERENCES
