ABSTRACT
The objective of the study was evaluate the effectiveness of the Rich Plasma in Growth Factors (RPGF) in the regeneration of bone issue in dental alveoli in 20 adul patients of the Periodontal clinic of the UAT with Advantage periodontal disease and with clinica indication of dental extraction being selected by prothesical reasons.Obtaining dental alveolus issue, neoformed material and sending this sample to an histopathological study.
The obtained results show that in the 19 patients reported mature bone issue and mature fibrous issue was reported by a patient of the liofilized human bone group. The radiographic changes were appreciated in both groups, just one patient of the RPGF group weren´t appreciated significant changes.
In the PRFC group, the histopathology demostrated the formation of bone issue with certain mature grade, bone trabeculus with osteocitos and osteoblastes of ribetes inside, and in the contralateral side where HLCA was applicated, clinically the alveolus was parcially stuffed and histologically it was found the presence of dense conective issue with any bone trabeculus inside.
