ABSTRACT
In a complicated crown fracture, the treatment can be a capping of the pulp or pulpotomy. Capping of the pulp is recommended when the exposure is small and when it can be treated shortly after the accident. Pulpotomy involves removing coronal pulp, the treatment has been looked on as temporary, followed by endodontic treatmen when the root has matured. The Partial Pulpotomy or Cvek technique consist in the amputation of exposed pulp 1 or 2mm below exposure. It is present the clinical case of a male patient of 11 years old.
