ABSTRACT

The main purpose of the present study, besides reviewing basic concepts on cervical sprain physiopathology, rotoscoliosis and structural classification, is, to demonstrate the relationship between them, also it is important to remark some hypothesis in it’s genesis, based on clinical observations of patients in the southeast area of Mexico.
