ABSTRACT
Orbital cellulitis is a rare entity that can be associated with significant morbidity due to loss of vision or the organ, sinus thrombosis, meningitis and sepsis. We describe the clinical characteristics of 12 years old boy, with orbital cellulitis as a complication of sinusitis, with the aim to alert the clinicians for an early diagnosis, which will optimize the treatment.
