ABSTRACT
The diagnosis in children is much more difficult in contrast to adults, even in areas with a high prevalence of this lacerating disease. Diagnosing tuberculosis in the Central Nervous System (CNS) is even more difficult, especially those extremely rare but severe forms like brain abscess and polyradiculomielytis, among others. The present essay shows the case of a 14-year-old female patient diagnosed with tuberculous meningitis complicated with myelitis and tuberculous pyelonephritis.
