ABSTRACT
The standard treatment of gynecological malignant tumors in early stages as is the Wertheim radical hysterectomy type undesirable results in the loss of reproductive function. Surgical procedures and radiation treatments are highly effective in the early stages but the elimination of its function is final. Since the 90 a major global trend has emerged among gynecologic-oncologists at preserving fertility in these patients. This arises from the coexistence of these tumors with increasingly late onset of childbearing.
