ABSTRACT
In agreement it increases to the time of storage the effect but important she is lost the progressive one of the viability; this is associated to «storage injuries», the discoide form is lost training and they are generated spicules of the microvesicles that follow causing the loss of membrane. The loss of does not prevent a vasorregulation, this activity on the part of the erythrocyte is lost in the 3 first hours, whereas the diminution of 2,3-DPG avoids the liberation of Oxygen on the part of the erythrocyte causing a reduction in the liberation of this in weaves.
